ORDER PROCESSING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
PebbledPath is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at pebbledpath01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

RETURN WINDOW
We operate a strict 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. No return requests will be accepted after this period, under any circumstances.

NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you require a different size or colour, you must return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order separately.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
— The return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
— The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
— The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
— The item must be in its original packaging.
— The item must not show any signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.

RETURN SHIPPING

REFUNDS

OUR MATERIALS
We believe that what goes into our T-shirts matters as much as how they look. All PebbledPath T-shirts are crafted from 100% ring-spun cotton or sustainable cotton blends that are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — meaning every component of the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and is safe for human use. We are committed to phasing out conventional cotton in favour of organic and recycled alternatives as we grow.

OUR MANUFACTURING
We work exclusively with manufacturing partners who uphold fair labour practices, safe working conditions, and ethical treatment of workers. We conduct regular audits of our supply chain to ensure compliance with our ethical standards. We believe that the people who make our clothes deserve dignity, fair wages, and a safe environment to work in.

OUR PACKAGING
